Complimentary wireless internet access is provided in all rooms and across the property. Passwords are issued by the Front Desk staff.

All guest accommodations include air conditioning that can be individually controlled to your desired temperature. For maximum efficiency, all doors and windows should be kept closed when AC units are on. We kindly request that you turn off all air conditioners when leaving the room, in an effort to conserve electricity.

The Sugar Bay Club Hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Traveler’s Cheques. For your convenience, there is an ATM machine located in the lobby which issues the local currency of Eastern Caribbean dollars.

Babysitting can be arranged through the Front Desk staff. We require at least 24 hours advanced notice. Please contact the Front Desk staff for further details.

There is a small business center located in the lobby for guest use. A nominal fee is charged for printing, copying and faxing. Printing of boarding passes are complimentary.

We are currently in the process of upgrading our fitness center equipment to make our guest experience even better. We look forward to reopening in the near future and will share our update on this page as soon as our plans reach completion.

The Front Desk staff can assist with arranging a car rental. A temporary driver’s license is required by law, for a fee of US$25.00.

An on-site laundry is available for self service. We offer additional laundry options such as Same Day Service, Special Services (includes ironing) and Dry Cleaning services. Laundry bags are available in rooms. Contact the Front Desk for pricing.

There is a taxi stand located less than one minute away from the hotel. The staff at the Front Desk will assist you.
